Ordering instructions for the customer

Step 1:Clients provide samples and photographs; The final price depends on the client's requirements for material, size and quantity.

Step 2:Check availability of goods in stock. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped immediately after payment is received.

Step 3:If customer needs to make a sample, there will be a certain sample making fee, approximately 7-10 days to complete the sample.

Step 4:The client is satisfied with the sample and decides to produce the goods in large quantities. Yusen takes an advance payment of 30% or the full cost to begin production.

Step 5:After mass production is completed, customer pays the balance amount and arranges delivery.

Step 6:After sending a wholesale batch of goods, the client is promptly provided with a tracking number.

Step 7:After receiving the item, please contact us within 7 days if you find any problem with the item. We are not responsible after 7 days.
