1.Design drawing
When a salesperson receives an order from a customer, he or she will immediately submit the drawing to our engineer, who will analyze and draw according to the drawing given by the customer. Every line, dot and turn corner must be carefully analyzed, and how many needles can be used to produce the tape.
2.Color matching
The merchandiser will do color matching or custom dyeing according to the color cards provided by the customer. The lowest standard of color fastness shall reach level 4. According to the customer’s requirements, the color similarity shall reach more than 95% when the color is matched under D65 or natural light.
3.Adjustable the machine
Engineer will store the customer’s drawings in the computer disk on the machine, and the machine debugging personnel will adjust the width, thickness and aesthetics of the finished tape according to the technological requirements until it meets the standard requirements of the customer.
4.Sewing
When the tape was completed, in order to facilitate the requirements of customers, we set up a sewing department to cut and sew the tape, so as to make the sewing line smooth, even stitches and wireless head.
5.Printing
Silk screen printing, silicone printing, all the parts to be printed on the belt will be completed in this workshop. No matter the color of printing, the thickness of logo, the number of printing, there is a special supervisor in charge, and a full-time staff on the production line flow inspection, once found quality problems, timely report to the supervisor.
6.Cutting
We help customers according to the requirements of cutting, automatic cutting machine, can adjust the length, smooth incision, no yellowing, no burr, accurate size, for customers to save more time.
7.Quality inspection&Packaging
Ensuring quality is a very important step. We strictly follow international inspection standards and conduct full inspections or random inspections on bulk goods according to the actual needs of customers. At the same time, the packaging is done according to the requirements of the order.
8. Store for shipment
Due to the shipping schedule and the actual delivery date of the customer, we can cooperate with the customer to provide short-term cargo storage services.
